MHCS Limited was formed in October 1994 to provide consultancy, recruitment and training to the hotel and catering industry. To this day its complement of staff have a strong background in hotel operations with some executives having operated at the highest level of 4 and 5 star properties in Malta and overseas. Further experience has been gained by working on the development of new hotels and restaurants and today this, together with the company’s extensive operational knowledge, serves to provide clients starting a new business or improving their existing one with professional guidance and services which they can truly rely on.
The company has also moved progressively forward in the sphere of Training and Personnel Development. In conjunction with Training it has become fully engaged in providing Mystery Guest Shopping services. One form of this is the assessment of individual personnel which give it a basis for producing an accurate form of Training Needs Analyses. As a precursor, this allows us to focus on providing training substance where that particular company most needs it.
The Recruitment division has also been developed to meet today’s modern trends and needs, and we are proud to say that we have not forsaken our set traditional standards of interviewing or at least screening candidates that are being proposed, whichever grade of position they seek. Whether they are interviewed or just screened depends very much on the needs of the client who after all, is there to be served.
