Amazing opportunity for a talented, ambitious, and dynamic General Manager to join our client who has a small chain of hotels with the potential of growing further.
We are looking for a General Manager that will manage the ongoing profitability of the hotels, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded; while also developing the team and being an Ambassador for the group.
You must have/be
• At least 5 years in a similar position within a busy hotel environment.
• (or 6 years as Assistant General Manager experience will be considered).
• Ability to lead a passionate team of managers and employees
• Entrepreneur type, building the brand and generator of new ideas to continuously improve the offering
• Passionate, with a hands-on approach
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Has a personal commitment to hospitality, customer service & quality
• Is committed to the development of the business and the team.
• Understand working with Management contracts and Owners.
• Pro-actively seeking opportunities and ways to maximize revenue and develop services offered
• Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, creating business plans as well as short, medium, and long-term strategies.
• Fluent in English and Maltese – another European language welcomed.
