A leading Cafeteria in the Capital city is looking to recruit a Cafeteria Manager
He/she will be responsible to
– Issuing weekly roster
– Dealing with day-to-day issues on the floor
– Coordinate with HR for payroll matters and any recruitment
process
– Monitor overall performance in the cafeteria
– Take the lead in keeping the costings of all that is offered in
the cafeteria up to date
The main requirements for this post are:
– Be fluent in English & Maltese
– Have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
– Previous experience in the catering industry
– Must be able to work on own initiative, be highly organised
with a smart appearance
– Have strong managerial, leadership, and analytical skills
– Be trustworthy and diligent and have an excellent eye for
detail
– Be willing to work flexible hours
